When students select register. The registration page only show the class information. There is only a box for name and it says Edit().
What happened to all the other standard questions:
First Name
Last Name
Email
Address
Phone

My versions:
WordPress Version: 3.8
PHP Version: 5.3.24
MySQL Version: 5.0.96
Event Espresso Version: 3.1.36.2.P
WordPress Address (URL): http://frdesigns.net

Hi eray,

How are you today?

Have you already configured the registration forms? https://eventespresso.com/wiki/create-registration-forms/

You need to first create the questions, question group, assign the questions to the group, then activate the group for the event. You’ll see what I mean which should help.

Garth,

Thanks for the quick response.
Yes the standard questions are already configured and in the standard groups. I never needed any additional questions.
This site has been in production for YEARS now all of a sudden the registration page has no questions on it.

Now I added my own group and checked it. Now the standard question show up but not my new ones. Also there is no descriptions even though I have the show descriptions option checked.

Hi eray,

If you edit this event http://frdesigns.net/event-registration/?ee=302
(either through Event Espresso -> Event Overview or visit the page above and click ‘Edit Event’)

Within the event, look at the Event Options (side-bar) can you tell me if they match these please? http://d.pr/i/3G9m

Mainly ‘Display registration form’.

Hi Tony,

No the options do not match. The ones that are there match but the
Assign a Waitlist event
Overflow event
are missing.

Hi Eray,

That would be normal and expected to not see an overflow event option. Can you let us know which versions of Event Espresso and its add-ons (if any) are installed?

Also, it may help if you go in to the Questions and Questions groups manager screens where you can review the registration form questions entered in the system and re-save them.

Tried resaving the standard questions and groups.
Added my description the standard group, now it shows up, but custom group does not. Maybe because it is a duplicate of the standard questions.

Eray,

If the custom questions were added by someone with another user account then you may not have access to use those in your events. That’s a feature of the Roles and Permissions add-on. If you deactivate the Roles and Permissions add-on the per account question restriction feature will be disabled.
