I can’t see where the registration page is… I have created an event on the backend. Viewed the event page which shows my description but I don’t see where people can register, like a register button or a registration page.
From your event page it looks like your ticket is set to go on sale on the 26th of June – http://take.ms/t3gWf
You need at least 1 ticket to have the sale date starting in the past so the ticket is available for users to register onto.
Edit your event and set the ‘Sale Starts’ date on your site to a date/time earlier than now and check your event page, does it then allow registrations?
Sorry another question: after a client pays for the event, I don’t see the QR code on the invoice or receipt (from the client’s side). I would like to check in the client by using the event espresso app on my iPhone to check them in by scanning the QR code on the email receipt of the client.
I also did not get an email advising of a new registration by the client.
Please advise.
