We have a registration page for all of our events that has been in use for a few years now, and with the new covid 19 protocols we need to add another required question field to that page, however as long as the user selects at least one of the 2 required fields it allows registration to proceed any ideas how to stop this ? both of the fields are marked as required.

Hi there,
Currently, within EE when you set a question to be required the user must provide at least 1 answer to that question.
You have a single question with 2 checkboxes within it, meaning either checkbox fulfils that requirement.
To do the above you’ll need to split those 2 checkbox into 2 questions, each with 1 checkbox in them so that checkbox the checkbox provides a required answer for each specific question.
