Hi, we have the WP users add-on and I was wondering if its possible to have the registration form on a page and to redirect them back to the login page (rather than the default wordpress login screen) once they have submitted their registration details?

It just doesn’t look very seamless the way it is.

Thanks!

Hi Zoe, the WP User Integration creates the WP user account on the initial registration. It does have a native option as you described.

So can I put the registration form in to a page (ie a web page with my theme surrounding it) and control the redirect?

Whilst EE does create users within your site, we do not handle user login/management. We basically just create a user and you are free to use any of the user management plugins available to do login/profile management.

However we do provide the option for you to set the Registration/Login URL.

If you go to Event Espresso -> Registration Form -> User Integration Settings (tab) – http://take.ms/sj4Ea

So with that you could create a front end login form using something like Profile Builder (not a recommendation, just an example) then set that URL above to point to that page.

Is that what you are looking for?
