I need assistance with my registration for my customer to only Reg Qty 1 per Name & email – they are giving a choice of registering more than just 1 – Please help

Hi there,

So you want to limit registrations to 1 per order?

In the event editor set the ‘Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event’ option to 1. That will only allow a user to purchase 1 ticket for an event.

Note that due to the sheer number of possible disposable email address available, you can not limit a user to 1 ticket purchase per email address.
