I’ve got a very odd problem to describe, so I’ll do the best I can. A person bought 5 tickets to an event that is currently open for sale. I received email confirmation of the 5 tickets and a Stripe confirmation of their card being charged. When I view the list of registrations, or download a CSV file of registrations, those 5 registrations do not show in the list. However, if I were to edit the event in the Event Datetimes and Available Tickets section there is a “5” in the Sold column and a “5” in the Regs columns (this person is the only one to buy for this date yet, I expect that to change soon). How do I get this person into the registrations without charging a card?
Yes, EE4. No, it’s not in the transaction list either. I very definitely got payment via Stripe, so I’m kind of perplexed. How do I add a registration via admin? Thanks.
Hi David, a registrant can be manually added by going to Event Espresso –> Events. Then hover over the name of the event and click on Registrants.
The next page will show you a list of registrants for this event. Click on the Add New button which appears at the top of the page and then select their ticket information and complete registration checkout.
Please let us know if the issue re-occurs, ideally with any info you can provide (e.g. payment processor, event registered for, browser the customer used).
