Registration not including Address information for Invoicing

Invoice not showing billing information
When a user is registering for an event, the registration process does not ask for billing information. This is reflecting on the invoices, as there is not information for the company to bill to. Is there a shortcode to add the primary users’ billing information to the Invoice template? Or perhaps a way to add the Address Information Group of Questions to the registration form so that this information is collected as the user registers?

Hi there,

You need to select the ‘Address Information’ for at least the ‘Primary Registrant’ within the event question options.

Edit the event and check the question groups on the event, it’s usually in the sidebar and looks like this:

You need the ‘Address Information’ question group selected in at least the top section.
