Registration Multiple Registrants of Same Email Address

I am hosting events from Event Espresso, I want the registrants to be linked to their email addresses as a universal unique identifier – however multiple registrants of the same email can be made within an event? Is there a way to fix this?

Hi there,

We don’t currently have an option to prevent multiple registrations from the same email address. It is possible to do if you require users to log into the site but not if your events are public, at least not without some custom development.

I’m assuming you don’t require users to log in?
