We are using ee3 and are not able to to find a comprehensive list of our registrants. Do we need an add on for this? We switched from ee4 where the registrants were in a searchable list. Is there any way to access something like that in our new, old platform?
Please let me know. We’re trying to contact people about a cancelled class and we’re not able to locate their information!

Hi Alison,
Were the registrations you are looking for taken through EE3 or EE4?
They are actually 2 completely different systems and use their own tables, so if you’ve taken registrations within EE4 and then gone to EE3 the EE4 registrations will not be visible within EE4.

I am looking only for registrations taken through EE3. Specifically, how to see a comprehensive list of folks who have registered.
Specifically, we cancelled a class. Is there any way to pull up registrations for a cancelled class in order to notify registrants before they show up?

Hi Alison,
Are you able to see the event through Event Espresso –> Events Overview?
You may need to adjust the filter to show all events like this:

Once you find it, you can click on the attendee count which appears near the the right side of the screen in this format 15/50. If you click on that link, then you’ll see a list of registrants/attendees for this event.
You can also click on the name of the event which will take you to the event editor. Then look towards the top right area and click on the email event attendees link: http://cl.ly/0r1e231G2V3H
You can use that to notify.
