There’s one user on the backend of the website that cannot get any orders to show up on their account. This happened a while back; going forward, will I have to adjust these orders every single time that user purchases something?
Ok, so I’m going to need a more detailed run down of this.
It sounds like the WP User account is linked to an EE_Contact that has no registrations assigned to it (because its the ‘wrong’ details that don’t match registration info entered) but I’m currently just guessing.
