We’re using EE3 with Multiple Event Registration. It seems to be working OK, but the client says he’s not getting the registration email after someone registers (he does get a PayPal notification of payment). His email address is correct on the site (Settings > General) and it’s also listed as a CC address for each event. Is there another setting that would prevent an email from being sent? I’m also having him check spam filters, etc.
You should probably remove the CC address that’s set in all the events. You can also install an email logging plugin to verify whether the email is getting passed off to the wp_mail() function. This is the email logging plugin we recommend:
