Some answers in the retrieved form are different from the actual answers given in the original registration. The WP Admin and user-front-end retrieved forms contain the same inconsistencies (as do the actual mysql database records). It seems to be that some answers are being saved incorrectly, some not at all, or retrieving data from other registrations (that bit is weird) and saving it onto another registration.
I have screenshots comparing the two (before, and retrieved after).
It affects maybe 10-15 questions/answers out of the total 80 questions (there are lots of medical questions). Text fields, select and checkboxes are affected (text areas ok).
The reg code and reg link are all unique (in the database). The Reg sessions are not necessarily unique (this is a test environment, there are only 2 people submitting mock-info forms).
Each checkbox questions appear to be assigned two IDs in the HTML (id=”1-*******[54][38]”, and then the answer is answer is assigned to the second number in the database (ie 38, when it is actually the answer to q54).
Generally an event might have 100 registrations, and 95 of those will be done on 95 different computers and sessions. It’s for school camps. But then there is a definate use-case where the class teacher will need to add the last 5 students themselves, and that will be done like my testing where it is the same computer, on back-to-back sessions.
It looks like the session is not closing completely or there is some browser caching occurring.
Could you share a link to an event so we can take a look at this issue?
