Hi there,
When people try to register for our events at https://www.winstonswish.org/our-events/ the registration just reloads every time. They fill in their details correctly, successfully submit repatcha but every time it takes them to fill in their registration form again and not to the payment method.
We urgently need people to be able to sign up to our events to help raise money for our charity.

May I ask did this just start happening? If so have any new plugins been added to the site since that time?

Hi Josh,
I can’t be sure that it has just started happening as even now when I test it, it works for me, but not for everybody else.
I haven’t activated any new plugins recently, no. I have just de-activated all plug-ins and got someone to try registering with just EE active and it did not work still.

If it works for you, and you’re logged into the site, then you could try logging out of the site. If it no longer works for you when you’re logged out of the website, then you could try deactivating the reCAPTCHA option in Event Espresso > Registration Form > Reg Form Settings.
There may be another plugin conflicting with the reCAPTCHA module on your site.
