I was wondering if there is a way to gather extra Registrant information, some time after registration, i.e. a couple weeks before the event but months after registration? Is there a way to use event espresso to capture this data, like meal preference, well after they have registered for the event.

1) Add the new question(s) to a new Question Group
2) Go to edit the event and check the box next to that Question Group listed under “Questions for Primary Registrant”. You’ll optionally check the box next to that Question Group under “Questions for Additional Registrants”. Save the event
3) Edit the Batch message template to include the shortcode that outputs a link to edit the registration information. e.g. add something like: We require some additional information for your registration. Please <a href="[RECIPIENT_EDIT_REGISTRATION_LINK]">click here</a> and update your registration information.
3) Go to the registration list for that event and check the box to select all registrations
4) scroll to the bottom of the table, click the Send Batch Message button, and follow the prompts to send that message
When the registrants get that email they can click through and their original registration form will appear with all of their previous answers autofilled and the new questions will be included in that form.
