We have an event where people can reserve seats but also purchase Prize Draw tickets and send optional charity donations.
When someone books a seat they fill out the standard questions on the Personal Information and Address Information forms. I have added two questions on dietary information to the address form which they can fill out when booking tickets.
The problem is that if they log in only to send a donation or purchase tickets for the prize draw they see these dietary questions on the form, as it’s the same form that shows for all purchases. How do I remove these dietary questions for the donation tickets but not for the seat reservation tickets?
Event Espresso sets the registration questions per event and we don’t have a method to hide questions based on the selected ticket at this time.
If you want different questions on a specific ticket you would need to break that ticket into a separate event and point registrations to there for the donations currently.
