Registration Form Popup Notices Message How to Edit

Hi Support,
Is it able to edit the notice message popup on registration form when validation?

For example: I make a T&C, but on popup message display this message
“XXX is a required question. Please enter a value for at least one of the options.”

How to edit the message display?

Please assist
