Hi,
We are encountering a situation where the name and email address for attendees is not showing up.
We have login functionality setup for people to be able to register for our events.
After a person enters the number of tickets, the next screen in the process seems to be hiding the fields to be entered, as shown in the screen capture.
I can provide you with login details so you can test for yourselves.

Hi Mike,
It looks like you’ve had some custom development work done on Event Espresso.
The ‘Register with login’ option is not from Event Espresso and if you notice after you get to that section and select the above option the URL includes ?register=1&skip_details=1, that also is not from EE but is very likely connected to the problem.
When the registration form loads and the questions are briefly shown (unfortunately you can’t see that on the video) its likely there is either some custom CSS or JS loading on the page to hide the information.

I’ll take a look and confirm whats happening however as its customization you’ll likely need to contact the developer that made the customizations to your site to have them fix this.
