Hi, |
Hi, The site key wouldn’t affect this, can you share a link to the event page in question so we can investigate? |

I tried to reply with the link but it did not seem to show up; it is here: |
|
It is not allowing me to post a URL here. cornellpump(DOT)com/weftec-2019/ |
This may be an issue related to redirects, as May I assume the above worked OK before the site was switched to multisite? Also, if you go to Event Espresso > General Settings > Critical pages, are all the critical pages there showing they’re OK? |
|

Well, even when I load the page directly from the main url I have the problem. The The event worked fine before the switch to multisite and I did not test afterward as it looked like everything was there. All pages under critical pages are showing as page status OK and shortcode OK. Event list and venue list do not show statuses but I can view them. |
|
OK, I am seeing this error in the console after attempting to submit the ticket selector form: POST https://cornellpump(DOT)com/blog/events_archive/weftec-2019/ 404 (Not Found). I assume this is related – Do you know why it would be doing this and/or how to fix, since this is a valid URL? |
Hi, I’m not sure what you mean by “load the page directly from the main url”. Since there’s a 404 error with the POST request, it looks like the problem is related to how the site was converted to multisite, specifically the redirection set up, as the redirect to the checkout page is broken due to a 404. Things to rule out include: the htaccess file, and the site’s Permalinks settings page. You can start with the htacess file and compare what you have with the examples from the WordPress documentation: Also worth noting is there may be a plugin conflict, so the standard “try deactivating all other plugins to rule out a conflict” troubleshooting step would apply here. |

OK; I will look at those things. Thanks. |

I created a new event to test with and had the same problem but rather than a 404 on the URL, I get a slightly different error: “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)”; |

Hi, I got it fixed! |
