Hello, I am unable to get my registration form to appear. I have already reviewed the historical forums, verified that the page settings are correct and tried disabling all plugins. I am currently running WP 5.0.2 and Event Espresso 4.9.75. I previously opened a support ticket but it was closed as i failed to follow back on my end in time. I did verify that the previous response provided by Josh, was attempted. “The page appears to be generated by a page builder so this may be a theme conflict. This can be ruled out by installing the Health Check plugin, then go to WP → Dashboard → Heath Check → Troubleshooting. There you’ll Enable Troubleshooting Mode, then once that’s activated you’ll reactivate Event Espresso only via the Health Check’s Troubleshooting item in the WP admin bar. At that point, can you go to edit the /registration-checkout page and make sure the [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT] shortcode is in the main content section of the page? Once that page is set you can test a registration again with Health check remaining in troubleshooting mode.” Your help is appreciated. |
Hi, We’ve received your request for priority support. In order to troubleshoot this further, we will need file access (either FTP or by some other means such as the c-panel file manager). Can you resend the Support token form and include sFTP credentials (or equivalent)? |

I have contacted by Web developer for the file access. Travis |

My WebHost determined that there was an issue with the host server and its modules. The apache modules were not functioning correctly and it prevented the page from loading. They reinstalled the apache modules and this corrected the registration page loading issue. |
Good to know, thanks for the update. That makes sense that it was an apache module issue because when we checked last week we found everything within the WordPress Dashboard was set up correctly. |
