A user is getting the ‘please enter a valid email address’ message with a valid email. I’ve confirmed the email address is valid and entered it successfully myself. I believe the problem is due to the addition of a space at the end of the email address by the autocomplete feature of their mobile phone’s keyboard. I’ve confirmed this happens on my phone and the space at the end of the email address does fail validation.
Wondering if trimming trailing spaces should be occurring in the form now or if this will require a tweak to the validation script? Or is there a setting I’m missing somewhere to address this.
