I have just noticed that with one event some of the registration questions/answers are not being populated in the event report – the name of the question is there but no answer – i can see the answer when i select that registration
please advise urgently

Ok, I just ran a test registration on that event, can you confirm if my details show up, please?
Are you customizing the CSV reports at all? (We have filters that allow you to remove/reorder the contents of the CSV so I’m just checking you are not using any of those)
thanks Tony yes all fields are populated in the full report (not using customised) – its odd as about 4 entries didnt have 1 field (which was required) populated.
anyway seems to be working now

Your Odour question has a blank entry which would class as the question being answered (passing the required field) but would show up as nothing/empty so just checking it’s not that.
Hi Tony yes i can see the questions/answers in the CSV …. just not sure why it missed these for a few entries but seems to be working ok now
