Registration filter not working

Hi – for some reason our registratation filter is not working. When it try and filter on “Approved Registrations” – I get the following error message “An error has occurred:
Something went wrong, and the status was not changed”
Do you know what could be causing this?

What could be causing this is the Bulk Actions selector. You’ll want to leave that selector un-selected when you filter the list. I’ll post a URL to screenshot that outlines which selector to leave alone, and which one to select.
