Registration fails

The user gets an error displayed on the frontend. In the backend a ticket appears but in the transaction the transaction article is missing.

Hi there,

If you go to Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> System Information

Search for ‘php version’ using your browser, which version number of PHP is shown please?
