Registration Errors

Hi,

We’re experiencing issues with users registering for a particular category of classes which the support team helped me create some custom code for previously. Wondering if the recent update broke it? Here’s the link to the past discussion: https://eventespresso.com/topic/auto-registering-for-additional-events/

I tested registering for events in a different category and did not receive the error. Unfortunately, the message itself is pretty unspecific.

Hi there,

We had a couple of reports of this and have been investigating.

We found a possible cause with one of the PHP8 fixes we included in the last update (the issue doesn’t happen for everyone, it depends on your setup).

I’ve just pushed the latest version of Event Espresso live, which is version 4.10.35.p

Please update to that version and it should fix the above issue, if not let me know and we can investigate further on your site.

Note – If you don’t see the update live yet go to Event Espresso -> General Settings, just hit save to force an update check and the update should then show in Dashboard -> Plugins.
