Any idea how to fix this problem. We’ve had multiple customers having the same issue. Here’s an email a customer sent us explaining what’s happening.
When I click go to payment button, the next screen says registration is confirmed and check email. I’ve received no emails nor did I enter payment information.
I see what your customers are seeing, the registration process isn’t finishing correctly.
First thing I would do is update your Event Espresso and a associated add ons. We did a few fixes in the last few versions for Multiple Event Registration that might be applicable.
Also please make sure that the 4 core Event Espresso pages have the correct shortcodes and are accessible and that you have a payment gateway active.
