We updated to 4.9.30 on 1/27. Suddenly last night our registration emails stopped sending. We use wpmandrill to send out messages. I activated the WP Mail log plugin and no errors show up. We made no changes to the site since the upgrade to 4.9.30 and it worked fine for two weeks after that. I cannot find anything that would indicate what the issues is.

Do the message show up in WP Mail Log? If so then the messages are being correctly triggered by Event Espresso.
You can also check within Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message activity.

Have you check within your Mandrill account to see if any errors are shown there?
