Part 1
When I disable the event registration, if I don’t assign a registration start and end, or if I set and end for the date of the event, the event displays the following message “We are sorry but registration for this event is now closed. Please contact us if you would like to know if spaces are still available.”
Part 2
If I set an event registration date end past the event end as not to display the registration closed message, the event will stay listed on the upcoming events list until the registration end date expires.

Hi Victoria,
Are you wanting to show the event information without the registration form?
Try this:
Set the event to active. Then set display registration form to no.
Let me know if the closed message disappears.

Hi there, we already had the “display registration” form set to no. Now as long as we have the registration end time set to the end date of the event the problem seems to be resolved. Thanks.
