Hi, we have some issues regarding the registration process.
When you choose a cource and want to registrate, and use an email that is allready in our system, you have to login. That is ok. Where we see some flaws in the system is when you log in and when you have several attendees, that also are registrated in our system:

1. Is it possible to redict users that login in the registration process back to the registration? Now they get redirected to choose membership, through the plugin Paid Membership pro. Is it possible to make sure they get redirected back to the registration page, preferably with the contact information they have written still filled?
2. When you choose one or several attendees, and they also have an account, also they have to login. As far as we know it is not possible to be logged in with two users at the same time. Is it possible to set the settings, so attendees number two and more, do not have to log in when they register?

Best Regards

Tony

It should be yes, may I ask, are all of your registrant required to log in to register onto an event?

You can completely disable the email check using a filter like this:

(The second file, not the first)

Hi, Tony.

Yes, they were requried to log in, but now they do not, and that is ok – since a lot of our users do not manage the registration process, so we want to have it like this. If someone is adding registration falsely, we just have to switch it back.

Thank you for your great support and superb help.

Paid Memberships Pro checks for ‘checkout’ in the redirect URL and simply leaves the redirect alone if found.

There is a hook within PMP called pmpro_login_redirect_url which allows you to filter the check and change the redirect_url used, or you could hook into login_redirect and do it through that at priority 11+

May I ask, which login prompt are you referring to in the above? There’s a couple so I just want to check I’m testing against the same conditions.

Can you add a screenshot?
