Registration Confirmations not working

I tried to send a registration confirmation to a registrant but it has not been received, so booking confirmations are not working.

How did you send the registration confirmation?

Did EE show the message sent or did it show an error?

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages, you should now be on the ‘Message activity’ tab, do you see the confirmation email there?

What color status strip does it have on the left?
