Please confirm what is the ‘trigger point’ at the earliest part of the process of the event registration, with the invoice method being selected, so the registration confirmation emails are sent out (Not the pending payment email) to ALL participants not just the person booking.
What needs to happen in the process for ALL participants (Not only the person booking) to receive the registration confirmation emails, please detail, thank you
One way to make this happen is set the Default Registration Status to “Registration Approved”. Then when the invoice method being selected and they click on the Finalize Registration button, all participants will get the Registration Approved message type email.
