Registration confirmation broken

People are not getting payment confirmations after buying a ticket. Its probably related to another problem I am having with Stripe making some bookings payment pending but complete even though payments have been made.

Hi Sean,

In your other thread you mentioned the registration remained ‘Pending Payment’.

If the registration status is not updating from Pending Payment to Approved then the ‘Registration Approved’ email (the confirmation email) will not send.

In your other thread I asked for some details on your hosting setup:

If you can provide those details we can continue to troubleshoot this further.
