Hi there,
I’ve just run through 2 sets of registrations on that event and didn’t run into any issues.
Can you add the steps you are using to reproduce this, please?

Oh! Ok I follow now.
First, disable siteground optimizer, that’s changing the JS load order and could be causing errors.
Your using Divi builder, correct?

Heartbeat is required for that section to work, it pings the admin to confirm the payment.
If soteground have the option to enable it pn specific pages just enabled it on that thank you page and it should then work.

OK but in our case the admin does not confirm the payment. We do registration only and payment is a whole other system. Does that matter? Is there a way to remove that message instead and have them just refer to their email as is stated in the congratulations message?

Heartbeat is still not loading on that page so it’s still disabled.
You ‘can’ hide that section using CSS:
#espresso-thank-you-page-ajax-content-dv {
display: none;
}
However, I would recommend you fix the above so heartbeat loads on that page to make sure all of EE’s processing runs on the thank you page.

Thank you. I found another place to disable heartbeat and it is now working, hopefully I don’t have cpu seconds issue again.
