The Registration Checkout page used to be working until one day it stopped working.
After selecting the number of tickets for an event, clicking Register Now button will lead to a blank Registration Checkout with the shortcode [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT] being displayed as the only text on the page.
What could be wrong? There is no error message and PHP error_log.txt doesn’t show anything. Is it due to problem with Hooks or Filters?
Is it due to corrupted record?
Btw how to do a site migration for all my events? Is there a tool to do so? Would appreciate if I can get some guidance.
Are you running any caching? (either within a WP Plugin or on the server)
If you create a new page and put [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT] within that page, publish it. Then go to Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Critical Pages. Select the new page within the ‘Registration Checkout Page’ dropdown and save the settings. Then retest a registration.
Do the checkout then load?

Migrating your EE4 events from one site to another? We don’t have a tool to do this.
