Registration checkout not working (3)

Hi.
I’m having a problem with the chechout page.
As shown in the photo, the content with the questions that should have come out is not.
Yesterday everything worked perfectly, the only change I made was to modify the notification messages of registration to events.

The short code is correctly on the registration page as shown in the image.

Important, this was working well and out of nowhere I stop doing it.

May I ask is this still not working for you? If so can you explain what’s not working?

The problem is already solved. After a lot of searching I realized that this security option was enabled.
By disabling it, the problem was solved.
And when I’m doing a lot of registry tests to configure the plugin, it seems like I’m blocking my account. Besides that I do not need this security either, since all the events we do are free.

Hi there,

I’m not really sure how that setting changes anything.

It’s not technically a ‘security option’, what it does is log the session details for users that navigate directly to the /regsitration-checkout/ page.

If you go to https://www.danysoft.com/registration-checkout/ directly and don’t have an active session (as in you haven’t added tickets from the ticket selector within the last hour (by default)) then you’ll see either nothing or an error stating you have no events in the queue.

If you go to an event and submit tickets, you should then see your checkout.

So are you navigating directly to the above page and nothing is displayed? If so, that’s expected for certain conditions.

If you are submitting tickets and then getting to the checkout page and nothing is display, that’s not expected.
