First check that the checkout page is set up within Event Espresso.
Go to Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Critical Pages.
It should show Page Status and Shortcode ‘OK’, double check that the checkout page is selected within the dropdown and Save the settings.
Then check the checkout page again.
If it still does not work, edit the checkout page, make no changes and just update the post.
Again recheck the page view, does it work then?
