Hello! I cant seem to checkout anymore can you please help? This suddenly stopped working a few days ago. No new plugins have been installed. Here are the steps I have already tried:
1. replacing the plugin files
2. replacing the registration shortcode
3. replacing the registration page
4. checking payment settings

Hi there,
If you check the server error logs can you see any errors from Event Espresso there?
If not can you enable WP_DEBUG on the site and see if there is an error being thrown on the page?
You can use this snippeet:
https://gist.github.com/Pebblo/8787f5530ea777c84aaf62f075e55b32
in your wp-config.php file to log the errors rather than displaying them.

Hi Tony, thanks but no errors seem to be reported with the snippet here on the server. No error log. However, I did paste this from the regular debug screen, a few warnings upon checkout. I also tried to change the paypal account to see if it was a paypal issue, same blank screen. Im happy to pay for support if you can help us!

Can you try deactivating the image cleanup plugin and while you’re on the WP Plugins page can you update to the current version of Event Espresso 4?
