Hello,

We just purchased Event Espresso today and we are trying to setup an event.

We have setup the event and the tickets. When we select ticket QTY and click to checkout we get the following error:
You need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process.

What we have for caching is autoptimize

Hi,

Autoptimize is usually OK, but there may be another plugin in the mix that’s not allowing the session to maintain state.

Can you rule out a plugin or theme conflict? You can install the Health Check plugin, then go to WP → Dashboard → Heath Check → Troubleshooting. There you’ll Enable Troubleshooting Mode, then once that’s activated you’ll reactivate Event Espresso only via the Health Check’s Troubleshooting item in the WP admin bar. At that point, can you check to see if the issue persists?

Hello,

Our website is way too complicated and cannot operate like this.
We tried what you suggest but nothing shows up.

Maybe if you could visit the website and check by yourself?

I have already excluded the espresso event pages as read on your forums for autoptimize.

I can give you admin access to the site, but you should be aware that this is a live, high traffic website and you can not perform live tests on it (disabling plugins, changing themes etc).

It looks like you’ll need to deactivate the Redis Object Cache plugin. Object Caching tends to destroy the session.
