I have just installed my recently purchased EE4 Plugin. After setting up a test event I am experiencing an error on the Registration Checkout Page which states ‘Nothing in Queue’. Searching the forum this seems to be a common issue and I have tried everything listed to resolve the issue. All themes and plugins are up to date running on the latest WordPress Install. I have disabled all other plugins, restarted the Event Espresso Plugin and have changed my theme to the simple Twenty Fifteen Theme. I do not have any cache plugins running and have tried it on multiple browsers on different devices but nothing has fixed the issue. The event page is http://active-kids.org/event-list/ please let me know what else I can do? |
Hi James, who is your web host? Some managed web hosts now offer caching as part of their hosting plan and this could cause the issue that you are seeing. Thanks — |

My dedicated server is with 1&1 running an Apache server through plesk. I do not have the Cache module installed. |

Alright, do you know if your server has mod security running? If so, that may be blocking some of the base64 that is used by the ticket selector. — |

How do I check this? |
Hi James, You check with your host. |

No mod security is not running on my server. What else can I try? |
Hi James, I used a tool to inspect the service headers and it is showing Nginx as the server: http://cl.ly/image/1g2G3l2o2z0S Nginx has some built-in caching options. Could you check to see if this fix helps? https://eventespresso.com/topic/clicking-register-now-does-nothing/#post-112076 — |

I have added the try_files directive to the Plesk Nginx Directive area but it doesn’t seem to have fixed it? If I paid for premium support could someone just fix this for me?? I really need this fixed ASAP? |
Hi James, I can advise contracting with a system administrator who has experience with configuring your type of server. They can check over the setup first. |

How do I go about this? Currently my system isn’t displaying any pages from the wordpress site only the default Plesk Page????? |
Is there someone from your host that can help? |
