Is there a way to get a count to see how many people are checked in? I use a scanner and it checks people in but I can’t count my attendees. How can I do this easily? Also, in my website backend it says our subscription is expired, yet when I log in to your website it says March 2016.

Hi Scott,

Also, in my website backend it says our subscription is expired, yet when I log in to your website it says March 2016.

I can’t see any issues with your account but I have re-applied your license just in-case.

I’ll also reset you license key to remove the current notice, you’ll receive instructions via email on how to re-apply it to the site.

Currently there isn’t a section to display the number of checked in registrants for an event. I will check with our developers to make sure it isn’t hidden away (or somewhere unexpected) and if not will add a feature request for this.
