Hi there,

Your thank you page is working fine: http://groupecfc.com/thank-you/

Looks like step 2 of the registration steps curing checkout is failing. Do you have access to the server error logs? If so take a look within those and see if any errors are being thrown by Event Espresso.

Or enable WP_DEBUG on the site so and I’ll run another test registration to see if any errors are thrown.

Have you made any changes since last night when I assume it worked correctly? Update plugins/the theme, installed plugins etc?

Thanks for your answer. I went to my PHP config File and changed WP-DEBUG = True.
What else? I’m having a error message from event espresso in my admin panel as well. (It’s in French) Un problème potentiel a été détecté avec un ou plusieurs de vos pages Event Espresso. Aller à Événement Espresso critiques Pages Paramètres pour afficher vos pages Event Espresso.

I got his message : : wpdb::prepare was called
incorrectly
. The query argument of wpdb::prepare() must have a placeholder. Please see
Debugging in WordPress
for more information. (This message was added in version 3.9.0.) in
/home/groupecf/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php

Infact, scratch that, all of the contents of the page is being hidden using CSS – http://take.ms/kTvDgr

There is a lot of custom styling in your theme that’s setting all of the EE output to display none.

The syles have been added within the ‘fin coloration des catégories dans le calendrier’ section of your style sheet.
