Registration Button not Working

Good afternoon,

One of the our events the registartion button is not working. When a ticket is selected and press registration, the page just refreshes.
Why is this?

Hi there,

May I ask does the button work on any other events? Can you check the settings in Event Espresso > General Settings > Critical Page Settings and make sure the registration checkout page is correct?

The page and the short code both say okay in the critical page settings.
