Registration Approved Email sent only to Completed Registration

Hello,
I have been having issues with registrants receiving the “Registration Approved” email even though they never payed.

Is there a way to set it up that a registrant only receives the “Registration Approved” email once their registration is completed and they completed the payment process?

Hi Rachel,

Yes. What you do is set the Default Registration Status option to be Pending Payment. You’ll find the Default Registration Status in the Event Registration Options box (on the page where you edit the event).
