I’m wondering if you could assist me, as I know it’s been some time since I’ve asked about this. We may have individual A signing up individual B and individual C for a course. Individual A would be the one paying, but wouldn’t be attending. Is there a way we could get an email to that individual, as a receipt, if they don’t have an account on the site?

Additionally, can the content or design of those emails be modified with HTML? It looks like it, but I want to ensure there’s no information lost.

The primary Registrant information will be saved in the system. If in any case, he/she will be just registering, he should be registering the name of those who will go. You can also enable this, so your ticket will ask them to fill up the information for their additional registrants.
