Registration Approval Status does not appear in the reports we pull from EE3

We are using EE3 to capture registrant info for an upcoming event. We have created email response templates for three registrant statuses (Accepted, Wait List and Denied). We have specified over 100 accepted and wait-listed registrant statuses. We just entered our first denial, and the Action status in the attendee list shows Approved.

When we checked the registration information for the registrant, it shows the Approval status as No. Since we did not change that field manually, we have to assume the EE3 recognized that the registrant was denied based on the email we selected and changes the approval status to No.

Since registration status is not one of the fields that appears in the registrant report, and the Attendee List Action column shows Approved for any registrant that has received a EE3 generated email message (indicating Accepted, Wait List or Denied), we have no way to determine who has been denied without opening each registrant record.

Is there as way to include the Approval Status for each registrant in the report we pull?
