Registrants not appearing in EE

Hi
We have an issue here where someone registered one person and that all came through fine on Event Espresso and World pay, but then she created another registration for 3 other individuals. As you can see from screenshot attached, she completed the registration as the system took her through to the payment process – ie payment was received by World Pay for these 3, but there is no record of their registration in Event Espresso. The following image was sent by the person registering those 3 people.

So payment was received for these people but no record of them appear in EE. This occurred on Aug 2nd. Can I get some help in resolving this matter.

Can you find out if they hit the back button after they paid on the WorldPay site? That would cause the first group of registrations to be overwritten by the next registration they did. You could add some text to the registration page that says something to the effect of “Please do not hit the back button to add more registrations”.

Hi Josh. It would not be possible to get the information you seek to further troubleshoot this as it was a few weeks ago and the person does not remember especially since it was not an issue on their side. Is there a way for you to check the db in EE to see if these registrants are there?

There is a way to check in the database (by using phpmyadmin), but they’re probably not there if they’re not showing up in the EE admin.

Thanks Josh. It doesn’t sound like we’ll be able to retrieve that information. I’ll let you know if we do find it.
