Registrants csv export not working

Hello! When we try to generate a csv report of event registrants on Chrome, it takes us to a confirmation page with a progress bar for generating the report, but the download isn’t generated. On Safari, the browser redirects to a blank page with the csv data in the body. On Firefox, it generates the download correctly. Chrome is our preferred browser.

Hi there,

This usually means that your site is set to load over HTTP and then your server is set to redirect all HTTP traffic to HTTPS.

That sounds fine but Chrome will block downloads initiated over HTTPS which then use HTTP.

Go to Dashboard -> Settings -> General.

Do the ‘WordPress Address (URL)’ and ‘Site Address (URL)’ fields start with HTTP or HTTPS?
