After a registrant has completed their registration process, regardless of payment status, is there a way for the registrant to re-open/edit/update their registration details?
If they finalized the registration, meaning they selected either an online or offline payment method then you can use one of the messages triggered to send a link they can use to edit their registration details.
Add the [RECIPIENT_EDIT_REGISTRATION_LINK] link within that template to include a link they can use to edit the details.
The same can be done within the Pending Payment template although because that template is sent to the Primary registrant only, you need to use:
[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_FRONTEND_EDIT_REG_LINK]
The receipt template also includes the above link by default, the user has access to that on the thank you page when the click to view the order confirmation.
