I see there was a request last year for a toggle checkbox to be added so that the registrant for an event would be kept separate to the attendee list, and was wodering whether that functionality has been added?

We need a parent to register, but their children will be attending the events, and currently they are always listed as Attendee 1, not their child. If we change the required personal information questions to be the child’s details but the parent’s email address it changes the account user details every time a different child is added! Is there any way to sesparate the registrant/ wp account holder from the actual attendees?

You can set the Always sync contact information with WP user profile? option to No and it will no longer change the account user details with new registrations. You’ll find this setting in Event Espresso > Registration Form > User Integration settings.

By mentining the account issue I was trying to explain how we’d tried to work around the problem – what I really want to know is if you can have a registrant who is not actually an attendee. i.e. the parent registers, and the attendee list is populated with the names of the children who are going to attend.
