Hi there,
I recently updated the EE plugin, and in the transactions page, the ‘primary registrant’ information isn’t being filled out.
This seems to have stopped around the time the plugin was updated.
The version of EE is Version 4.8.43.p
We’re running WordPress 4.5.2, and Version: 4.0.2 of the Avada theme.

Hi Cathy,
Are you referring to the primary contact area in the transactions details screen?
Could you share a link to any live event on your site?

Yes, that’s right. The primary registrant information in the transactions screen.
