When we check, the registrant was not charged double or appears to have registered twice. However, as they appear twice, this takes up two available seats for open availability.
Is there a way to restrict an active user who already registered from registering twice, or is this a bug in Event Expresso for data showing twice for same user / same event?
There isn’t a way to prevent a user from registering twice, and this is not a known bug. May I ask if you check the registration list for the event, are there two seats taken for that attendee?
